Receiving Your Order:

Unboxing Video Requirement:

Upon receiving your parcel, we kindly ask that you record a video of the unboxing within 30 minutes. The video should be in a downloadable format for potential sharing with the courier service if necessary. In case of any damage, we guarantee full compensation. However, claims made after the given time frame will not be considered.

Damage Claim Policy:

For claims related to damaged goods, a video recording is mandatory as proof. Claims without a video will not be accepted. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than product damage.
